HJC Work & HUD-Assisted Housing
In 1999, HJC (then known as HPP) was formed to address a pressing problem: the prospect of losing a large share of HUD assisted housing. Since then, HJC has enjoyed considerable success working with its partners to employ legal and advocacy strategies to save projects from conversion to market rate rents.
